This renovation project has been one of our most favourite makeovers to date. Being a traditional veranda style Durban historical home, set within a lush tropical garden, our aim was to bring thru the traditional classic Durban homestyle but add a modern twist. For example, this was done by creating our modern take on traditional black and white checkerboard flooring in the form of bold graphic black and white stripe floors on the patio.

We gutted the existing kitchen and patio space and with some minor building works, created a new open plan kitchen with brass accents creating a glamour feel. The new bar deli design on the patio was custom designed and manufactured by our team, and truly one of our favourites. This home now epitomises Durban living with a glamorous twist.
